Some of us maybe do not understand the differences among notebook, laptop, computers. Definitely, notebook laptop computers play an important role in improving our working style.

Computers refer to the desktop computers that we usually put in office or home, without being able to take them to different places easily. For many years, many manufacturers race to provide computers with the better performance. Even until now they are still trying to get faster performance. These days, the popularity of computers become decrease because many people change this choice to notebook laptops. This is due to work environment required greater mobility and flexibility.

Notebooks and laptops originally refer to different types of portable computers. Notebooks were first built to be thinner and smaller for maximum portability. They did not include all features that the laptops had. Notebooks usually did not have a CD/DVD drive and a graphic card. The notebook usually had usb ports, audio in out, video out port, built-in modem, toucHPad and small keyboard. Notebook is not addressed for gaming or complex processing.

However, over the time people require more mobility, and notebooks add more and more features. Because of that, the terms notebooks and laptops became indistinguishable and the name of notebook laptops were created. Notebook laptops refers to all the basic component of a desktop computer. These components are packed into a portable unit.

These days, notebook laptops are being developed on reducing the weight and improving the performance. There are many category of notebook laptops: netbooks, sub-notebooks and rugged laptops. Netbooks are light weight notebook laptops that are suited for internet access and general office processing. Sub-notebook is also popular as an optimal portable notebook because of its small size, light weight and long term battery. Rugged laptops are designed for an extreme conditions, such as strong vibration, extreme temperature or wet environments.

Currently, people prefer notebook laptop, computers become no popular among us, but still, computers have their own fans, like gamers who need performance over portability.
